His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, issued Administrative Decision No. (12) of 2019 regarding the reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Classic Cars Club, chaired by His Excellency Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al Zoud.
Sharjah 24 – Omar Al Jarwan:
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, issued Administrative Decision No. (12) of 2019 concerning the reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Classic Cars Club.
The administrative decision stipulates that the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Classic Cars Club shall be reconstituted under the chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Ali Ahmed Sultan Abu Al Zoud Al Ali, with the membership of:
- Mr. Abdullah Hussein Ibrahim Mohammed Al Ali
- Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Abdullah Mohammed Al Souqi
- Mr. Ahmed Saif Ahmed Handhal Al Tamimi
- Mr. Mohammed Batti bin Ubaid Al Hajri
- Mr. Faisal Juma Salem Mohammed Al Houssani
The Board shall distribute the administrative positions among its members at its first meeting, and shall elect a Vice Chairman either by consensus or through direct secret ballot.
The decision specifies that the term of membership on the Board shall be four years, renewable for one or more similar terms starting from the date of issuance of this decision. The Board shall continue to conduct its duties upon the expiry of its term until a new Board is formed or the existing Board is renewed.
This decision shall come into force from the date of its issuance. The concerned authorities shall implement its provisions, each within its respective jurisdiction, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
